Nancy is a kindhearted, wonderful person! Her constant encouragement throughout lessons is enough to make anyone believe they have what it takes to succeed. For myself personally, I didn't have much of a head voice when I began seeing nancy. I've been her student for two years and the growth I've seen in myself as a singer is unlike anything I thought I'd see. You can relax and be yourself, and trust you're getting the best of the best. You're lucky if you get a chance to work with Nancy!
